El pasado 31 de mayo 2012, Xavier Vallvé, Director de TTA, presentó en Kingston los resultados del estudio encargado por el Ministerio de “Science Technology, Energy and Mining (MSTEM)”, que sienta las bases técnicas para establecer tarifas reguladas para las energías renovables y establece los costos evitados. El plan quinquenal propuesto en el estudio que formará parte del Plan de Renovables será sometido al Parlamento próximamente.
