The overall objective of this assignment to be carried out for World Bank is to propose least-cost technical solutions (grid extension, mini-grids or solar home systems) to electrify the off-grid areas in the 10 Easter islands, and develop tailor-made sustainable business and financial models to secure sustainability of proposed infrastructures, leveraging public and private investments. The project is being implemented with PwC Indonesia and PT Inovasi.
