The objective of this assignment is to provide consultancy services as the “Owner’s Engineer” to Department of Resources & Development & Chuuk Public Utility Corporation for the design, bid document preparation and implementation supervision of up to 400 kWp of Solar PV grid connected plants split over three sites feeding into CPUC power grid, including training activities on technical and operational aspects.
