With the financial support of the World Bank, NESAP project’s component 2, managed by the Agency for the promotion of electrification in rural areas of Niger (ANPER) aims at promoting rural electrification by solar mini-grids with a public-private-partnership (PPP) approach. TTA provides services as owner’s engineer, to support ANPER’s project management for the good implementation of the clean-energy mini-grids. including review of studies, design and sizing, safety and environmental plans, competitive bidding process and technology transfer and capacity building of ANPER’s staff, among other activities
