TTA realiza este estudio para el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), cuyo objetivo es optimizar el ahorro de combustibles fósiles en la producción de electricidad y aumentar el uso de las energía renovables, diversificando la matriz de generación, y promoviendo este tipo de infraestructuras en áreas rurales, y en particular en el contexto del COVID-19. El estudio incluye, análisis de la demanda, diseño preliminar con análisis multi-criterio, diseño técnico y una estrategia ambiental, entre otros.
